Please note that all our customers will be able to return only damaged goods with a photo clearly showing evidence of damage, but the customer is liable for the shipping cost of the return.

Joet must be notified of such returns within 4 hours for perishable goods and 24 hours for non-perishable goods for the returned goods to be valid. The customer’s refund or replacement will be processed within five days of receiving the goods. The customer is also entitled to cancel an order within 3 hours prior notice before the order is dispatched. However, if a customer cancels an already dispatched order, the customer is liable to pay 40% of the total order.

We actively work to ensure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you, which is one of the reasons we use the best delivery service. However, if goods are damaged in transit or compromised in quality, Joet African Market will provide the affected customer with a refund.
